As a member of the Commercial Banking and Commercial Finance team at ThinkingAhead, JW Heflin is a search consultant and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) whose specialty is working with equipment finance and leasing professionals throughout the United States. His clients include small to large banks, independent commercial finance institutions, and captive finance companies. Before joining ThinkingAhead, JW worked with Southwestern Advantage in their summer sales and leadership program. During his four-year tenure with the company, he consistently ranked as one of the top salespeople in the country. Before landing at ThinkingAhead, JW spent five years with Cintas where he consistently ranked as a top sales professional each year. JW is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors Degree in International Business. While attending OSU he played rugby…and survived to tell about it. He resides in Wichita, Kansas with his wife Amy and their daughter Grace and son Karter.
