Biography
Bringing 10 years of technical and executive staffing experience across multiple industries and diversified markets, Mr. Minter will be primarily responsible for business development and recruiting activities in the Western United States. Based in our Los Angeles office, Jeff’s emphasis will be providing executive and financial management solutions to private equity firms and their portfolio companies while also working with privately owned, publicly traded and entrepreneurial led companies. Prior to joining Hardesty, Mr. Minter served as Director of Business Development for Tatum, where he originated new client opportunities and led the recruiting efforts for both interim and permanent roles. These opportunities consisted primarily of financial management titles including CFO and Controller positions. Additionally, Mr. Minter has seven years experience with a large technical recruiting and professional services firm providing solutions ranging from staff augmentation through fully outsourced solutions. His customers included both large, multi-national corporations (AT&T, DIRECTV, Snap Inc., etc.) as well as start-ups. Established within the Los Angeles and Orange County markets, Jeff brings proven talent acquisition, workforce management and managed services abilities to bear for Hardesty and its clients. Jeff was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from CSULB in 2009.
