“After my training as a reserve officer and an international degree with a focus on business administration and management, I was immediately thrown in at the deep end. For a manufacturer of tunnel and mining vehicles, I was able to further expand the markets in Africa, Turkey and Western Europe and got to know many different cultures in a short time. This time shaped me a lot and showed how quickly I have to adapt to new situations and needs. With my subsequent position in key account management at a tool manufacturer, I remained loyal to the industry and looked after and got to know many branches of industry and companies, especially in plant and mechanical engineering. This diversity gave me a good basis to record my first successes as a team leader in HR consulting. My focus was, among other things, in the field of personnel recruitment and interim management. I have been working as a headhunter in Executive Search at Headgate since September 2021. Here I have the opportunity to use my expertise in mechanical and plant engineering, among other things, and to enthusiastically support my clients and candidates every day as a sparring partner. I live with my wife and daughter in beautiful Düsseldorf and enjoy the view of the Rhine. I could fill my free time with a number of exciting hobbies. But I particularly enjoy the expanse of water while sailing, extensive trips in my vintage car and exciting tennis matches with friends. In the evening I like to swing the wooden spoon and enjoy it with a good glass of wine together with friends and family.”
