Dillon is a Director of Project Management at The Bowdoin Group, where he is responsible for managing the company’s research and data team, ensuring the application of a targeted research strategy to identify candidates whose backgrounds are a strong match for our clients’ needs.

Dillon joined Bowdoin as one of the company’s first Research Associates and worked on candidate sourcing, logistics, and market research for retained searches and projects. During Dillon’s time at Bowdoin, he has grown the research and operations function into a dedicated team to support our recruiting deliverables. Dillon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University.

Dillon is a founding member of the Bowdoin Cares team and takes pride in driving a positive and inclusive culture at Bowdoin. He also participates in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts program and volunteers at Nativity Preparatory School.
