Karen is a qualified accountant and held Financial roles in the Engineering, Consumer and Pharmaceuticals sectors before moving into recruitment. She joined Hoggett Bowers in 1994 and became CEO in 2006. In addition to leading the overall business, Karen is also a very active recruiter in her own right, specialising in CEO, CFO and NED appointments. She is naturally results-focused and is passionate about the growth of Hoggett Bowers and the differentiation of the company through the strength of its relationships – in particular championing the team’s empathy and personal commitment towards clients and candidates alike.
