Domagoj Bedenikovic is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners based in Croatia. Mr. Bedenikovic held senior level positions with an international Executive Search firm as a Managing Consultant and later the Country Manager for Croatia. Prior to joining the industry, Mr. Bedenikovic worked in Account Management and Sales with two Croatian media firms, and a London-based Pharmaceutical company. Mr. Bedenikovic holds a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Zagreb. He speaks native Croatian, fluent English, and basic German and Italian.
