Maiya Stablein

Maiya Stablein has always loved helping others and building relationships, and after learning more about the recruiting industry, she knew it was the perfect fit. Maiya’s favorite part about what she does is getting to provide support and build relationships with people every day. Her best advice for any job seeker is to avoid doubting yourself and to always remember that the right fit is out there for you! As a recruiter, she seeks out candidates with polished work experiences, great interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. Prior to joining the team at Career Group, Maiya studied Finance and Banking at the University of Missouri and spent time working at a logistics brokerage in the Chicago area. Outside of work she enjoys shopping, reading, trying new restaurants, and going for long walks.
