For 25 years now, I have been passionately dedicated to finding and selecting excellent talent for various companies. Identifying customer needs and selecting suitable applicants are the central element of my consulting expertise. I have management experience in the personnel services industry and have been strategically and operationally responsible for several major projects in the field of temporary employment. Another aspect of my expertise is my work as an international project manager for the career planning of top athletes. I have been working as a senior consultant at Wilhelm AG since 2023. People and emotions shape my everyday life, the exchange with my known and still unknown environment inspires me. Sport is my greatest passion. Volleyball and beach volleyball are my passion, other than that there are few sports that don't interest or fascinate me. As a family we enjoy spending time on the beautiful Aare or at various sporting events. I am vegan and as an experimental cook and baker I am always testing new recipes. I have been involved in clubs and associations as a volunteer for many years. I am currently the president of the Bern Swimming Club.
