Will is the Managing Director leading Ampersand International’s consulting team in Sydney and the Professional Services practice across APAC. He specialises in the recruitment of marketing, business development and communications professionals operating within the legal, accounting, consulting, engineering, property and construction sectors. He has supported leading global and international firms to develop and execute their talent strategies, including Deloitte, KPMG, Arup, Clayton Utz and Norton Rose Fulbright. With a passion for client experience, Will brings professionalism, transparency and integrity to all aspects of his role – whether engaging with talent, advising clients or leading the team in Sydney. Prior to joining the Ampersand International team and embarking on his recruitment career, Will was based in London and working in the world of banking, where he managed the financial requirements of a diverse portfolio of clients including a number of Premier League football clubs. Will’s interest in Premier League Football travelled with him to Australian shores, and he remains an avid supporter of Fulham Football Club.
