Borja holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid. He also completed a specialized program in Marketing and Commercial Management at Wollongong University in Dubai. He began his professional career at EY (formerly Ernst & Young) in the Financial Audit Division of companies in the construction sector and multinational telecommunications companies. In 2008, he joined the executive search sector as a Consultant in the Finance Division of a recruitment firm in Madrid. After two years, he became a Senior Consultant and later Manager and Senior Manager of the Finance and Strategic Consulting Division. In May 2015 he joined the Euromanager team . Borja speaks Spanish, English and French fluently.
