Beth Clemens is a Consultant within Leathwaite’s New York office where she supports clients in all industry sectors with a focus on C-level recruiting with a specialty focus on the insurance sector. Prior to Leathwaite, Beth served as a principal and engagement manager within the CIO practices at CTPartners and Heidrick & Struggles. She has extensive experience in technology and operations across all industries globally, having successfully executed hundreds of engagements in functional and business areas. Most of her work has been focused on CIO, CTO, CISO and CDO searches. Beth has served in client relationship lead roles with major insurance accounts over the past decade, managing more than 100 successful projects specific to industry needs. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, financial services, retail/CPG, hospitality and professional services. She previously held positions at Salomon Smith Barney and Bank of America. Beth graduated from Randolph Macon College with a degree in International Studies.
