Mr. Lombardi focuses on senior-level, CxO searches for publicly traded, private equity, and venture-backed software/SaaS and tech-enabled services companies in healthcare. He also specializes in Technology Officer (CIO, CTO, Data/Analytics, Digital) searches for health systems, integrated delivery networks, healthcare services, health plans, and life sciences organizations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Lombardi was a Senior Consultant with Triage Consulting Group (now Cloudmed), a boutique revenue cycle and payment integrity firm, serving multi-billion-dollar healthcare system clients. During Mr. Lombardi’s tenure, he was responsible for identifying and recovering lost revenue through data-driven claim analysis, commercial/government contract audits, and payer negotiation.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from the University of Georgia.
