Jacob started his career as a legal consultant with Accept Card and later with “Lederne”. In 2005, Jacob was hired as a consultant at Adecco, where he has subsequently worked to place senior executives and key profiles for more than 16 years.

Before Jacob started working with Executive Search, he gained significant industry knowledge within Energy & Utilities as an HR Partner in Seas-NVE.

The past 7 years he has been working with Executive Search. Today, Jacob is a Partner in Friisberg & Partners International, where he works with Executive Search of Board of Executives, Country Managers, Partners, Senior Management and key employees.

Jacob is experienced in solving Search tasks within IT, Engineering, Energy & Utility, Finance, Legal, and Life Sciences.

Jacob is Cand. Jur. from the University of Copenhagen and holds an HD in Organization and Management from CBS. He is also an external coach at the Pathfinder program, and a process consultant from Green Andersen Business Psychology.
