Based in the New York office, Lars joined Hanover in 2018 to initiate the IT and FinTech practices for the US market and works closely with the London office. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Economics & Sustainable Community Development Methods, prior to joining Hanover Lars began his sales career in 2015 at Yelp quickly becoming a Senior National Account Executive before then joining an international recruitment business to spearhead direct-hire searches within their Legal & Compliance team.
