Rula started her career in executive search in 1997 with Amrop's then-partner in the Middle East. She joined Amrop in Saudi Arabia as Partner in March 2013.

Over the past 16 years, Rula has successfully executed senior level searches for local diversified conglomerates as well as international organizations and multinational companies in a wide range of industry sectors including Consumer Products, Retail, Real Estate, Financial Services and Banking, Industrial, and Manufacturing.

Prior to Executive Search, Rula had a career spanning 16 years in consumer relations and IT consulting roles in the US. She believes in building long term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and a high measure of integrity.

Rula is a graduate of the American University of Beirut holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration.
