Solenn started her career in recruitment for the Consulting & High Tech Industry. She then decided to join Alexander Hughes, working as a Researcher alongside the President. After a few years devoted to the Executive search, driven by the same high demand for accuracy, shrewdness and excellence, Solenn integrated Managers by AH, a daughter company of Alexander Hughes, as a Consultant. Solenn is actively involved in the development of high flyers programmes, assisting clients in the implementation of their diversification strategies: sectorial cross-fertilisation, female talent spotting… Solenn is a Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Clermont graduate, studied Economics in Vienna (Austria), and holds a degree in Philosophy. She is native French speaker and is fluent in English and German
