Olav has extensive management experience from national and international companies. He has been a senior manager and CEO of Adecco Group, Barona, NLI, Cinet/Ark/Egroup and Folkeuniversitetet, and has established several companies. With 20 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, business development and HR, he has solid expertise in these areas. ‍ He has worked in industries such as industry, private healthcare, consulting, staffing, IT and education, and has significant board experience as chairman and board member. ‍ Olav is an expert in change management, sales, HR, strategy, business development and operations, and has expertise in the purchase and sale of companies, due diligence and integrations. ‍ In 2022, he led the sale of Abcent AS after increasing revenue from NOK 40 million to NOK 100 million in three years. He had primary responsibility for due diligence and the sales process. ‍ Olav is a graduate of the Coastal Artillery Command School, NMH/IHM (Diploma in Market Economics) and has further education from IMD in Lausanne.
