Bjørn Johansson is the founder and Chief Executive Officer. He began his career at leading companies in the consumer goods, textile and services industries. He has worked in board advisory for over 43 years, including 13 years at Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry, and has run his own company for 30 years.
