Ivan leads the Mining & Industrial Practice with a focus on mining & metals, defence and engineering sectors, globally. Ivan is responsible for growing the business in these sectors, and has a proven track record of delivering on challenging key leadership mandates and consulting on cross-cultural issues in international recruitment and diversity & inclusion assignments.

As an advisor and trusted partner to businesses, his executive search experience spans across corporate, operations, projects, exploration, asset management, engineering and HR roles for listed entities and private companies, including EPC/M, contractors and multinationals. He has conducted numerous global, regional and national confidential searches for critical roles for clients across Asia Pacific, Africa, North & South America and Europe.

Ivan is an Associate member of Australian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy; a Board Member at Joondalup Family Centre, and a member of their Risk & Governance committee.
