HongHong Xu has been an Associate Partner of JP contagi since May 1st, 2021 and is responsible for the expansion of the China Competence Center . HongHong was born in Beijing and came to Germany in 1988 to study at the Technical University of Darmstadt. She has a degree in materials science and worked for BASF for more than 20 years as a manager, focusing on marketing and strategy, in various product and industrial sectors. During her 5-year assignment to Hong Kong, she was able to gain in-depth knowledge of the regional markets and build sustainable networks within the Asia Pacific region. Since 2019, HongHong and her company Peking-Bridge have been offering tailor-made consulting services for companies and organizations with a focus on German-Chinese business culture. She is an internationally sought-after lecturer, having taught at the ESCP Business School in Paris and the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, among others. Her customers appreciate HongHong for her many years of experience in the industry and her extensive intercultural skills. In addition to her mother tongue Mandarin, HongHong is fluent in German and English. At JP contagi, HongHong will bring her experience from a global corporation and her intercultural skills to Western and Asian customers.
