After studying economics and completing his doctorate at the University of Mainz, Dr. Lerdo started working as a capital market and stock analyst in Frankfurt. This was followed by management positions at banks in Hamburg, Bielefeld and Zurich. During this time he was responsible for private customer business and wealth management. Since his return to Bielefeld in 2010, Dr. Lerdo's focus has been on working with family businesses on the investment side and all other challenges at the interface between companies and entrepreneurs. With his new home in Bielefeld, Dr. Lerdo is in the center of East Westphalia - Lippe, a region with many medium-sized companies and numerous hidden champions.
