Lewis Adams is a partner in the Mexico City office, and is a member of the firm's Industrial Practice. Lewis concentrates on partnering with clients in the automotive, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, and engineering & infrastructure sectors. Lewis has brought value to his clients through the placement of senior executives in general management, commercial, operations, and finance functions.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lewis worked for nine years in a specialized financial executive search firm where he was instrumental in founding two of their regional offices in the UK before relocating to Mexico in 2010. In 2011, Lewis was selected as part of the core team to launch their global executive search brand in Mexico.

Lewis has also launched and developed a successful startup business achieving a global footprint.

British citizen, his native language is English and he is fluent in Spanish.
