With an outstanding passion for uncovering top talent, Associate Consultant Brady Padgett helps secure and execute senior level engagements in a range of industries. Prior to joining Morgan Samuels, Brady spent three years at Robert Half International. There, he worked as a Recruiting Manager and secured top talent across the functions of finance, analytics, and operations. Prior to that, Brady held positions in Financial Services and the athletic field with the University of Kentucky football team. A Kentucky native, Brady holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky—and continues to reside in Lexington, KY. Along with his degree, he also holds several professional licenses, to include Series 6 and 63, as well as various life and variable annuity licenses. If Brady isn’t on a Netflix binge or listening to music, you can catch him traveling to cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats, as well as the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals.
