In terms of hiring demands, she is currently looking for candidates to fill CEO/CMO/CSO/GM/VP roles. Those with doctorate degrees in biotechnology and/or MedTech-related fields, as well as those with at least 10 years of experience in R&D team management and/or overall clinical development management, will have distinct advantages. Familiarity in Life Science, Healthcare Service, Med-Tech, BioPharma or Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy related field is preferred.
