Hi, my name is Sam and I'm a Co-founder of 3Search, heading up the sales recruitment function. I began my career working in sales, establishing myself as a Sales Leader in health and fitness, before leading a successful EdTech business to exit. In these roles, I was responsible for hundreds of sales hires, giving me a unique perspective on the recruitment world from the other side of the desk. I knew what I liked about each element of the hiring process and what I thought could be improved, so making the move into recruitment made complete sense. After working my way up in the recruitment world within a sales specialist agency I made the decision to start something on my own and launched SalesRec, a brand where my team helped hundreds of organisations find the best salespeople around the globe. After almost 8 successful years, this business was acquired by 3Search. As marketing and sales has become increasingly aligned, we were presented with a unique opportunity to service our customers better and provide a seamless recruitment experience as one brand.
