Graduated from a Master 2 with a major in Human Sciences, Jérôme began his career as a Research Officer in a recruitment firm specializing in Information Systems and Telecommunications. In these consulting environments, he brings together nearly 15 years of experience in commercial development and the operational management of recruitment missions for middle and top management profiles in various sectors of activity. In order to extend his field of expertise, he chooses to join an “end customer”, joins a large catering group in a position of manager of recruitment and skills development. After an entrepreneurial experience and a return to consulting, he joined MacAnders to participate in the development of the IT and Digital practice.
