She has experience as an HR assistant in in the field of management development in major international companies. Her responsibility includes the areas of diagnostic activities and potential assessment of executives. Consulting Practice In recent years, Maria Richter has successfully managed numerous consulting assignments in the pharmaceutical industry, health care industry, IT sector and telecommunications, consumer goods and retail industry, banking and public sector and large-scale industry.
