Graduated with a master's degree in management and then a Master 2 with a major in HR, Julien began his career as a consultant in a specialized recruitment firm. He evolved into a manager then director within a world leader in the search and assessment of talent (experienced executives and experts) for various sectors of activity (Industry, services, Engineering). His experience of nearly 15 years allows him to support his clients around his dedicated expertise, create and develop teams. He joined MacAnders to participate in the development of consulting activities in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
