Paulo leads Executive Search projects for several industries and functions, especially in Digital transformation contexts, such as Technology / Digital, Services, Financial Services and Venture Capital / Private Equity invested companies.

He is also an entrepreneur, angel investor and Board Member at several promising Brazilian Start/Scale-ups.

Before joining Amrop INNITI, he was an Organizational and Leadership Development consultant and also an executive for important multinationals, such as Facebook and Microsoft.

Paulo holds Business Administration Bachelor degree from ESPM ( Brazil), an Executive Master´s Degree in Organizational Psychology and change management from INSEAD and executive education certificates from Harvard and MIT. He is also a Professional Certified Coach from Integral Coaching Canada™ and a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO).
