Therese graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1993 and currently works as a senior advisor and partner at Search House with a focus on recruitment/selection, organizational development, strategy and leadership. She has 28 years of experience as a middle manager, department manager and director in various businesses and industries. Therese has built and developed organizations and leadership teams at an operational and strategic level. Developing people, building competent and strong teams has been and is important to Therese. 15 years of experience from IKEA in various parts of the business both nationally and internationally has provided a broad knowledge of one of the world's strongest brands. Her real estate experience was gained from Coop Midt-Norge SA where she was responsible for the operation, management, rental and development of 320,000 m2 of property. Therese has held and has held several board positions that provide and have provided valuable expertise at a strategic level.
