She has had the opportunity to lead recruitment processes for projects in different fields of expertise: data, cloud, eCommerce, innovation, IoT, blockchain, customer experience, and digital transformation. She also has experience with training programmes in first-class schools.

Leticia holds an undergraduate degree in environmental sciences and two master's degrees, one in environmental engineering and sustainability and the other in digital marketing.
