The world has fundamentally changed in recent years. This requires a completely different skillset from people, traditional organizations and disruptive scale-ups, for which I am active at the interface of commerce, marketing strategy and technology. After my studies in Economics and a consultancy and management career in marketing (Ipsos, VODW Marketing and Bertelsmann), I worked for a number of years as an independent entrepreneur. I started at YESS in 2003. At YESS everything is focused on the personal development and growth of people. This inspires me every day again. My heart is with people and everything that moves them.
