For the last seven years, Paola worked at Samper Head Hunting, she was responsible for the office startup in Bogotá, Medellín and Panamá. Paola was also responsible for the selection process of the staff for each country and all the commercial strategy. During her tenure and leadership the business grew by an average of 45%, consolidating operations in each office in charge.
