He began his recruitment career in 2018 and partners with clients within the corporate and commercial sectors to recruit for legal counsels, these include lawyers with generalist experience, and specialist lawyers with regulatory, data privacy or intellectual property expertise. Melvin specialises in recruiting for mid to senior level lawyers for MNCs, Asian conglomerates and start-ups across Southeast Asia.
