Ms. Clara Amiama is Vice President, Senior Consultant and Partner at Careers Inc. Clara also supervises the Financial, Banking and Information Systems Group in our company, which is responsible for recruiting all executive, management, technical and entry-level positions in those disciplines, in addition to those in the Legal profession. Prior to her joining Careers Inc. in 1995, Clara worked for two years as a Recruiting Consultant within a multinational recruiting firm. Preceding her Executive Recruiting experience, Amiama worked for several years at Procter & Gamble, where she earned several promotions including being the first woman in Latin America to become a District Field Representative. In addition, she worked in the Advertising and Marketing Research fields with the advertising agency Jay Walter Thompson Puerto Rico. Clara has a degree in Advertising and Latin American Studies from the University of Florida. In February 1998, Clara was invited to become a Partner in Careers, Inc. and in April 2008, Vice President / Owner.
