Henning has more than 30 years experience in the international talent management consulting and executive search business in various senior positions. He focuses on recruitment, assessments and succession assignments primarily in industrial and technology markets. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Henning was a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry where he worked for leading international high-performance organizations, both corporate and mid-cap clients. He has a successful track record in recruiting for and evaluating international and domestic roles on general management as well as senior executive level of corporate and divisional functions. Henning has helped clients to attract, build, and develop their senior leadership teams. He began his career as a partner in executive search consulting with the Swiss-based TMP/TASA , most recently as the managing partner of their German office.
