Having originally qualified as an accountant and MBA, Stephen demonstrates a strong commercial awareness and focus on delivering business benefits, reflecting a strong blend of consulting and execution experience Prior to joining Eton Bridge Partners Stephen operated as a senior change practitioner and programme lead, with over twenty-five years experience and proven delivery of change; leading business operations, finance, risk, regulatory compliance, IT, and Financial Crime initiatives. Stephen’s areas of expertise include designing and implementing business strategies, processes, technology solutions, organisational change as well as building and leading teams across multiple regions and functions. Outside work Stephen enjoys travelling, Krav Maga and cycling everywhere.
