Sue holds a BA (Hons) in English & Spanish, and a Post-graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. In addition, she is a certified practitioner of Myers- Briggs (MBTI) psychometric profiling, Hogan’s, Lumina Select and OPQ32 (Occupational Personality Questionnaire). She is very passionate about Psychometric tools, believing that it is an integral part of interviews, helping identify a candidate’s personality and cognitive attributes and how well they would fit into an organization’s culture.
