After earning a BTS (Two-year vocational diploma) in Agribusiness and a university degree in Biology, she started her career in the Laboratory before moving into Recruitment and Human Resources Consulting. Starting as a search manager, she moved into a Consultant position in 2001. At the URVIKA Group, she works in the Agribusiness, Cosmetics, Health, and Life Sciences sectors.
