Carmen began her professional career as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen in Madrid, undertaking responsibilities in auditing as well as consulting projects for the Utility and Oil Industries. She later joined JH Schroder as an Equity Financial Analyst in charge of assessing the investments of international clients in the Spanish Stock Exchange. Continuing her consulting career in Executive Search, she worked as a Consultant for International Companies, such as Ward Howell, prior to founding Alarcón & Espinosa in 1997. In these companies, Carmen has been highly involved in the Financial Industry, developing projects for International banks including and for local financial institutions. Also she worked for Real Estate companies and other sectors. Carmen has completed a degree in Law and has a Graduate in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), Madrid.
