Gareth has an extensive background in recruitment going back more than 25 years and has worked in several different sectors from FMCG, Security, Healthcare and latterly, the International Development sector. Before joining Red Sea Search in 2018, he led global resourcing for Plan International and MSI Choices (formerly Marie Stopes International), sourcing and placing senior candidates from all over the world, including Country and Regional Directors, Chief of Parties and Executive Team members. Gareth has a BA in Law from Aberystwyth University and originally qualified as a barrister before changing direction to recruitment. He has a keen interest in history and geopolitics.
