Kim returned to the Capital Search Group team as a Director in 2017, and has over 15 years of experience in the executive search and public accounting arenas. Kim started her career with PwC, where she progressed to Senior Manager in the Audit and Business Advisory Services Group. Subsequent to PwC, Kim was an executive recruiter with the Capital Search Group team (formerly Logue & Rice, Inc.) for six years.

Kim has also spent 15 years as an active volunteer with school and community-based support organizations, and is an advocate for public education and youth and high school sports.

Kim graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1987, and passed the CPA exam in 1989.
