I am lucky enough to work for a growing and dynamic company that allows me to constantly learn and grow. My knowledge of different industry's and job roles is always developing which allows me to communicate with new people everyday. In my current role I am a 360 consultant which allows me to build a relationship with my clients and understand their needs which allows me to find suitable candidates as well as guaranteeing the right team fit for the company. I am also constantly searching for high quality candidates and my favourite part of my role is gaining the understanding of what my candidate is looking for so I can help find them their dream job. When I’m not busy finding talented individuals or talking with clients, I enjoy spending my time with friends and family. I have a huge love and passion for sport so any chance I get you will see me playing football or tennis or potentially in a gym.
