Monica Sivero is a Manager with more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Management of which 11 years as Group HR Director in an automotive Company. In this context she developed a deep knowledge of different culture related to different Countries. The long experience inside the Company allows her to bring added value in the management of global resource assessment processes and to support the Management also in development and organisational decisions. In 2016 she joined AIMS International Italy at Verona office, focusing on industrial, automotive, life science sectors. Specialised in conducting projects for the automotive world and in the industrial sector, she collaborates with both the local plants/branches of foreign multinationals and with Italian entrepreneurial companies. Her expertise lies in Executive Search, Assessment, Organizational and Management Consulting. Monica holds a Master’s Degree in Politics Science at University of Padova and a Master in Human Resources Management.
