Jack Beatty

Jack is a Principal in Acertitude’s Consumer and Industrial practice, where he leads executive searches that help private equity firms and their portfolio companies build high-impact leadership teams. He thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, especially those fueled by a clear investment thesis, where every talent decision directly influences enterprise value.

With a sharp eye for both business drivers and human dynamics, Jack serves as a bridge between strategy and people. He’s passionate about identifying executives who do more than check boxes; he seeks out transformative leaders who can scale, pivot, or reset a company’s trajectory. Equally energized by his relationships with candidates, he takes pride in understanding what motivates them and helping them navigate career-defining decisions. At the heart of every search, Jack centers his clients by building trust, sharing insights, and delivering impact through talent.

Jack joined Acertitude as a college graduate and analyst, and has since earned three promotions in four years – a testament to his drive, impact, and steady ascent as a trusted search partner.

Jack lives in Brooklyn. Outside of work, you’ll find him staying active at the gym or walking the city, catching a game or movie, or diving into the latest true crime series or podcast. He’s always up for discovering new places, and is most fulfilled when spending quality time with friends and family.
