Melanie joined Phipps Cameron in June 2024 as a Consultant within the Finance Leadership team. She specialises in leading CFO and finance leadership searches across the UK and European Consumer & Retail markets. Melanie brings a strong background in risk management, internal controls, and compliance headhunting within FTSE250s and SMEs. Prior to her career in recruitment, she spent four years working as a corporate paralegal at an international law firm in Mauritius. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys learning new languages, travelling, cooking, and dancing.
