Claudia Seidner's German studies initially led her into the book trade and publishing industry. After a four-year stay in Brazil, she embarked on a new career path and initially worked as an IT project manager. In 1993, she switched to personnel consulting and spent six years at Delta Management Consultants GmbH. She then set up her own business as managing partner at RZP Personal- und Unternehmensberatung GmbH. As a founding member of the Goinger Kreis e. V., she was also involved in personnel policy issues relating to society, companies and science. The Frankfurt resident has been a partner at PAWLIK Consultants since 2017. Claudia Seidner has many years of experience in filling demanding management positions in corporations and medium-sized companies. She fills management positions across industries and functions - always with the aim of finding the best solution. With trust, respect and integrity, she has built up an excellent network.
