Mark Ingram has spent over 25 years in executive search and assessment consulting, working in both English and French. Mark has been a Partner at Exec Avenue for nearly 15 years. He initially worked in R&D, strategy and marketing before moving into consulting, joining Heidrick & Struggles in 1992. At H&S, Mark worked in London, Paris, Madrid and Menlo Park (San Francisco – California), managing research assignments worldwide for major multinationals, taking on the role of Business Manager of the European Technology Practice in 1997. He then joined the board of Morgan Howard before setting up his own practice in Cambridge, UK, in 2001. Mark has directly helped many well-known and fast-growing companies accelerate their expansion by enabling them to recruit high-performing executives. He has often worked on sensitive and cross-border assignments. His clients include technology companies as well as technology consultancies.
