When Lindsay founded Bespoke Careers in 2004 she made herself a promise; her business would always put people first and do whatever possible to help them achieve their goals. Today, she works with her colleagues to ensure that this remains at the core of the business. Lindsay is an architect and although she doesn’t design anymore, she spends her time helping incredible individuals shape their careers and build brilliant teams. Her extensive client list in London includes Allies & Morrison, Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, Duggan Morris, Stanton Williams and ZHA World (formally Zaha Hadid Architects).
