Stephanie's extensive RPO career spans 12 years with 6 of those in leadership roles across Korn Ferry. Prior to her current role Stephanie was the Vice President, RPO & Projects for ANZ Solutions for three years. Before joining Korn Ferry in 2013, Stephanie was the General Manager RPO- ANZ for an RPO provider specialising in Industrial, FMCG and Mining talent acquisition solutions with overall accountability for their 12 RPO Solutions. An experienced leader with a broad range of knowledge across recruitment model design, implementation, innovation & continuous improvement; change management; and technology. Based in Melbourne, Stephanie regularly travels to Korn Ferry's offices in Auckland and Sydney. Stephanie holds a Bachelor Degree in Business with a major in Management from Monash University.
